We're present at your rehearsal and work with you to ensure that the wedding party marches are in sync with your wedding music selections. This includes working directly with you and your wedding party on the placement of individuals and the timing of your ceremony.
Your DJ/Emcee will be set up and ready to go 30 minutes prior to the time of the wedding ceremony. During the 30 minutes prior to your ceremony, we will play background music while your wedding guests are entering the venue.
We coordinate with your wedding vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.) to ensure all parts of your reception run smoothly. This includes entertaining your wedding guests while the wedding party photos are being taken, announcing the wedding party into the reception, keeping the catering line manageable, toasts to the happy couple, announcements of first dances, bouquet and garter toss and cake cutting.
3 hours of open dance floor is included in each package below. If additional time is needed, a rate of $100 per hour applies.
